  • It's quite simple, actually!

    Once your belongings are delivered to your new home we take over and dive into unboxing. We then work room by room, unboxing your belongings, organizing them in designated areas, and arranging them for you.

    If alone, we will play showtunes and sing along as we work. If not, we will be quiet or wear earbuds to stay focused.

  • The easiest way to book services is to fill out the form on the contact page and we will be in touch to schedule your free consultation

    We will guide you through the process every step of the way.

  • Depending on the time of year and availability, YES we do offer offer downsizing, organization, and decor services to people who are not currently planning a move. These services are billed entirely differently so please reach out in the "QUESTION NOT LISTED" area to learn more.

  • Take some time off or go on that work trip. We are fine!

    Your presence is not required during the service. While being available via phone or text message is helpful, it is not essential. Laying on the beach within earshot of your phone is fine by us.

    At the conclusion of our service, it is expected that you will find certain placements that you'll want to adjust according to your personal preferences. Since you home is unpacked you will be able to do this at your convenience.

  • While our goal is to alleviate the unpack burden, we understand that you may wish to be involved in the process to varying degrees. You, the contract holder, and whomever else you would like to manage are welcome to participate in a way that best suits your comfort level, whether that's in a hands-on capacity or with minimal involvement.

    That said, please understand that we liase solely with the contract holder/s to ensure a smooth and organized process.

    We think your kids and your relatives are great, of course, but we are not responsible for managing or partnering with anyone other than ourselves to complete our job.

    We encourage you to carefully and realistically assess your desired level of participation when selecting a package to ensure it aligns with your needs.

    Please note that while you can always add services to a package, reductions are not available once a package has been chosen.

  • For safety and liability reasons, we do not unpack

    • Firearms of any kind

    • Hazardous materials

    • Perishable food items

    We also recommend that you personally unpack any valuable or sensitive items like jewelry or personal documents.

    Please set these items aside separately so that you can relocate them from your current residence yourself.

  • We take special care with fragile items, ensuring they are unpacked and placed with the utmost caution. If you have specific concerns about certain items, please inform us beforehand.

    We are happy to put items aside that you prefer to handle yourself.

  • Our primary focus is on unpacking organizing and arranging your belongings, but we can assist with basic furniture assembly when necessary. We do not, however, attach furniture to walls for child safety.

    For safety and more complex pieces, we recommend a professional assembly service.

  • Please be sure to set aside the items that we do not unpack (firearms, hazardous materials, perishable items) or that you prefer we not unpack. Put a note or sign on them so we leave them alone.

    BASIC Package

    Although we check in for up to two hours the day of your move, we do not project manage the day. It is your job to ensure that all boxes and furniture items are delivered to your new home , placed in the proper room and the space is relatively accessible

    STANDARD + PREMIUM Packages.

    The only thing we may need is access to a set of keys - we will discuss this detail with you personally.

    Otherwise, there is nothing you need to do. We will be project managing the move upon arrival of the moving team ensuring items are in the proper location.

  • We understand that sometimes plans change unexpectedly. In the even that this happens to you please let us know as soon as possible.

    To Reschedule: We will make every effort , but can not guarantee the new date you request will be available.

    To Cancel: Please note that deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your booking and allow us to allocate the necessary resources for your service. We appreciate your understanding.

    The only exception is if we are able to rebook your date with another client.
