A Partnership Worth Building

If you’re looking for thoughtful ideas to support your clients, here are a few ways we could work together

Creating Clarity ($150/hr)

Creating Clarity is essential in order to stay focused on the needs of the new property and sometimes a client just needs a knowledgeable set of eyes to help them prepare. You can bring me in to sit with them to plan and to listen. Whether at your office, at the listing, or in a local coffeeship, simply sitting with a neutral party to talk through the goals for their new home can make all the difference.

Building a vision ($150/hr)

For the client who is struggling to see how the new house will function for their family, let’s walk through it together before they sign on the dotted line. I can help them visualize the flow—how the mudroom will handle the school-run rush, and where their favorite pieces will live. Even if it’s staged, sometimes seeing how a house will function for their needs is what makes it feel like home.

Gift of Calm ($125 +)

After building a relationship and recommending my services, present them with a giftcard in any amount over $125 to use towards Unpack or A La Cart Services.

Consulting Services for your Buyers

Cost varies by event & location -Base Cost $130

In addition to UNPACK, I also offer on-site consulting support for clients during the buying process.

Many buyers struggle to see how a space will function beyond staging. I help them understand both its potential and practical possibilities.

I attend open houses and private showings alongside you or your team as an independent resource. My role is to answer questions in real time about space planning, storage, or adapting a home to fit how they live.

As a neutral third party, I’m not involved in the sale. Instead, my focus is on helping buyers make clear, confident decisions. This support helps Realtors by increasing buyer confidence, reducing hesitation, and enhancing your reputation as a trusted guide who anticipates your clients’ needs.

What exactly do you do?

I help people get set up in their homes before, during, and after a move. That can include planning and decision-making ahead of time, unpacking and organizing once they arrive, and helping the home function well so it actually feels finished and livable.

How is this different from a moving company or organizer?

Moving companies move boxes. Traditional organizers often come in after the fact. I work with clients across the entire transition — often starting weeks or months before a move and staying involved until the home is fully functioning. It’s not a one-day service.

When is the right time to bring you in?

Earlier than most people think. I’m often most helpful before a move, when clients are making decisions about what to bring, what to let go of, and how the new space needs to work. That said, I also work with clients who are already in their homes and feel stuck or unsettled.

What types of clients do you work with?

I work with capable, busy people who are down to earth and not actively harming the world. Many of whom are navigating timing constraints, life changes, or decision fatigue and want help setting up their house well after moving or due to feeling stagnant in their current dwelling.

Do you manage clients, their family or friends during the unpack process?

No. I’m responsible for my own work and, when necessary, for managing my team. I do not assign tasks to or supervise clients, family members, or friends on site.

Is your work more about design or organization?

It’s both. I bring a clear design point of view and use it to guide decisions, but my focus is always on function — how the home works day to day for the person living there. I don’t impose a look; I help create spaces that make sense and feel right for the person who lives int he space right now. I do not focus on creating homes for resale.

Do you work with downsizing clients?

Yes. My work can involve helping clients edit belongings, make thoughtful decisions, and transition into smaller or different spaces without the process feeling chaotic or rushed.

How long do you typically work with a client?

It depends on the project. Some last a few days, while others span weeks, months or even years if they continue to find projects for me to tackle.

Do you only work in Boston?

I’m based in Boston, but I work with clients both locally and across the country, depending on the project.

What’s the best way to refer someone to you?

You don’t need to explain my services in detail. If a client says they don’t know where to start, need help getting set up, or have a lot happening around their move, that’s usually a good time to connect us.
